Thermoplastic Road Marking Paint ZP-R211 (Thermoplastic Road Marking Paint)

Product Description:
The thermoplastic road marking paint is powdery at normal temperature and will melt into flowage status when the temperature is 180-210℃ in the pre-heater. The paint will form into hard paint coating on the road with fullness line type and strong abrasion resistance. The reflective performance is excellent in night because of the glass beads sprinkled on the line surface. This kind of paint is widely applied to highways and city roads.
Features:
(1) Strong adhesion: The adhesion force is superior because of special rubber elastomer added in the paint.
(2) Anti-skid performance: The anti-skid additives bring about not only good leveling but also excellent anti-skid performance, which maximally ensures the driving safety.
(3) Reflective performance: The paint contains enough high quality coating glass beads with stable reflective ratio. Configure glass beads with different diameters according to the glass beads’ sedimentation rate in the paint.
(4) Anti-Crazing: The coating of thermoplastic paint becomes deformed easily owing to variable temperature in construction. This problem has been solved completely by adding high temperature resistant lipid materials and functional structural materials.
(5) Fast drying: Different formulations are available to customers according to the temperature, humidity and road conditions in construction, which ensures the paint with excellent drying speed and good antifouling performance.
